Our Story
We were founded in 2021 – a period where we all witnessed firsthand how the greatest challenges of our time can be overcome with innovation, creativity, and collective problem solving. We wanted to be accelerators of positive change and not just in the impact we can have on the planet and people, but also in how we operate - as a small team with an extensive network of diverse minds and backgrounds forming a community of change makers across multiple sectors and industries. Taking the expertise we have collectively gained building brands, teams and movements we are able to bring innovation and bolder thinking to shape, reframe and solve complex problems for clients who view the world with the optimism and urgency that we do.
What we do
At WAOP we want to accelerate the pace of positive change for people and planet. Sometimes that change comes through partnership with great clients who are just as serious as we are about what real transformation looks like.
Sometimes we see a brilliant, game changer of an idea or a visionary leader and just want to put our energy and commitment into supporting them. Through WAOP Ventures we invest in the future of our communities, our health, our planet.
And sometimes we see a problem so desperate to be solved– an opportunity yet to be realized - that we endeavor to take it on ourselves.
Creating something from nothing is what we all have in common. Starting companies, departments, brands, movements -its what connects all of us at WAOP. Sitting on the sidelines has never been our favorite seat.
Following our own blueprint: Listen and Learn / Distill the Challenge/ Design the Plan / Make it Happen - we build commercially viable brands focused on changing consumer behavior.
To bring our brands to life we rely on our vast expertise working for some of the world’s biggest brands. But the real magic happens when we connect with our wider collective and bring all the best minds together to create speed and impact and ensure a balanced and inclusive perspective.
