Pam is a business and organizational strategist who believes that value-aligned and purpose-driven organizations can change the world.
Pam spent 17 years in NYC managing editorial, marketing brands and crafting strategy having worked for ArtForum Magazine, L’Espresso Magazine, Donna Karan International, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, and Urban Box Office. She co-founded Outdoor Gear Magazine, launched the direct-to-consumer Martha’s Flowers, and has consulted in design and for start-up businesses.
A certified Executive Coach, she works with management and CEO’s to focus on purpose, performance and impact to empower her clients to unlock their excellence and help teams and organizations perform at their highest level.
Pam is a founding member of Tedx Portland, a leader for the YaleWomen alumni network, and supports land preservation and sustainability. Her pro bono work includes coaching young female entrepreneurs and consulting for Brazilian start-ups.
