Sarah is an experienced project and operations manager. She has spent most of her career working with people and driving internal company changes to provide equitable opportunities for employees. During her time at adidas, Sarah developed a role, with the scope of Diversity and Inclusion, to help drive meaningful change, empower employees and drive businesses to be more inclusive and equitable. She is passionate about teaching, coaching and helping others and has sought out ways that connect her more to people and communities.
